Re Capital Ventures is in the real estate market since 1978 when its parent firm was established an industrial unit on a 2 acre plot in udyog Vihar. In year 2001, they converted the industrial unit to an IT Park and sold the project in 2004.
In year 2008, Re Capital Ventures developed Eco Towers (a 90,000 Sq. ft. rental building) in Noida near Amity University. We got the permission to set up the IT/ITES Special Economic Zone (SEZ) on 25 acres of land on Sohna Road, Gurgaon. With a glorious 35 years of history that gave us happy satisfied customers, now we have launched Arrow Serviced Suites, a Joint Venture with Spaze Developers.
